General Description
NYB serial high Efficiency Plate Type Hermetic filter belong to the fine filter, it is designed by advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad and combining the situation in China. They are widely used in lots of industries, such as chemical industry, coating material, petroleum industry, foodstuff, pharmacy and so on.
This equipment with special structure, small occupy volume, high efficiency, and the low filtering cost, and the operation is easy and there is no environmental pollution.
Structure of Filter
1. The brackets are installed on the filter tank
2. On the op of the filter is a dished cover with pressure gauge which will show the filter pressure when operation.
3. Adopt special lifting device for filter cover. And the filter head cover is sealed by swing bolts and nuts.
4. The bottom cone section of filter is 60°ensure good cake drop during cake discharge and a pneumatic & manual two way butterfly valve is installed. A pneumatic vibrator also is installed on the filter.
Working principle
The main body of the filter is made up of vessel, filter gauzes, lifting structure and automatic discharging device. Filter gauzes are made by material of multilyer stainess steel which installed at the center liquid pipe and cleaned up conveniently .
In the process of filtration, the unfiltered liquid with filter aid come into the body through transmission system. After a stable filter cake formed on the filter gauze flakes, the filtrate are filtered through the micropores of filter cake

Production Description
NYB High Efficiency Plate Type leaf Filter is a high-efficient, energy-saving and Hermetically operated fine filter equipmetn. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, painting, foodstiff,pharmaceutical and many other industries.
Since this equipmetn has many advantages such as unique structure, compact volunme, high filter efficiency, fineness of filtered liquor, no material wastage, without consumption of filter paper , filter cloth. It's only consuming small quantity of filter aid. It can be conveniently maintained , cleaned and operated at very low cost.
The Filter is composed of shell, filtration plate , cover, and automatic vibration device. Amont them, the filtration plate is made of many layers of stainless steel filtration materials, and they are installed on the central liquid collection pipe. So it can be dismantled for cleaning very conveniently.
