By adjusting the diameter of the heavy phase centripetal pump through the touch screen, the position of the light and heavy phase interface can be adjusted to achieve the best separation effect. At the same time, the centrifugal separator can automatically return to the minimum position when discharging slag, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of oil leakage in the machine.
The power transmission of this machine adopts a hydraulic coupling and a pair of spiral speed increasing gears, which use liquid to transmit power, ensuring stable speed increase and overload protection.
This machine is equipped with a fully automatic control cabinet. It is composed of touch screen display screen, industrial computer, vibration detector, oil leakage alarm device, and machine overload automatic protector, etc. It has a high degree of automation, strong adaptability to process adjustment, convenient adjustment, and can greatly reduce the operating intensity of workers.
Application:
DHZ series disc centrifuge for vegetable oil refining are widely used in continuous degumming, neutralizing, dewaxing, and washing of vegetable oils .
Vegetable oil: Colza oil, cottonseed oil, Corn oil, palm oil, soybean oil, Peanut oil, Rice oil, Sesame oil, Safflower oil and son on.
Animal oil: fish oil and other various animal fat clarification.
